About Amy

In my mid-thirties, as a married mother of three, I found myself completely exhausted and out of touch with who I had become.

From the outside, we had built the dream — the house, the marriage, the children, meaningful work. I was working at a start-up while also carrying the weight of being the primary caregiver to our three young kids. But inside, I felt hollow. I could barely make it through the day.

I was flooded with guilt — never doing enough, never being enough — for my children, my work, and my marriage. We fought. The kids were wild. I was constantly overstimulated, over-worked, and reactive. I kept asking myself how the life I had longed for could feel so far from the one I was actually living.

I wasn’t thriving. I was surviving.

Through therapy, deep inner work, and an unwavering belief that there had to be another way, I began what I now call The Root Healing — the process of clearing the noise, untangling old patterns, and reconnecting with what is alive within.

As I walked that path, I began to see that I had always been on it. Every experience — even the painful ones — had been shaping me. Slowly, something inside of me began to return: lightness, joy, and a sense of aliveness I hadn’t felt in years.

Our family began to change too. My husband and I started relating to each other in new ways, and the energy in our home softened. There was more understanding, more collaboration, and more room for all of us to breathe. Not because life suddenly became perfect — but because I had begun to change the way I was living inside it.

My journey continues. I stay devoted to the practices that keep me connected to my body, to nature, and to the deeper life force that moves through all of us.

The Root Healing was born from this lived transformation.

Today, I guide mothers who feel overwhelmed, out of touch with themselves, or like they are barely holding it together — mothers who sense that there must be another way to live.

As a mother, the entire family orbits you. You are the center of gravity in the home. This work helps you meet that role from a place of strength and inner connection rather than depletion.

It is about bringing every part of yourself into the room — nothing hidden, nothing pushed aside — so you can move through motherhood with your whole self present and experience deep inner freedom.

My prayer is to help mothers experience inner freedom — to live rooted in their bodies, aligned with their truth, and awake to what is alive within them.
